Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) is an activity which over the last couple of years has snowballed into a very popular sport. Ok this is not to the same levels as canoeing or kayaking however it will only keep growing. There are plenty of paddleboard manufacturers out there however the first with some real Paddlesport background has appeared. Robson have been producing bombproof paddles and boats for quite some time now and they have foundations not only in Whitewater paddling but also touring and Recreational paddling.

Robson are now producing a full line up of paddleboards in differing sizes. The new Robson Kane is the family friendly introductory level paddleboard which allows novices and recreationalists alike to get standing, surfing and just paddling around with ease. It has moulded in handles for easy movement and transportation, a fin which aids tracking and stability which is also removable and also is designed to have a go at all aspects of the sport. With SUP becoming a great way to paddle without feeling trapped in a boat or if you fall off it doesn’t involve any emptying it will become more attractive to more people especially with the added bonus of being fun whilst being a full body workout.

At £385 with free delivery it is an absolute steal – even more so as it comes with a free Robson paddle worth £90!
